Anyone else having trouble getting WDW on the phone?

I have been trying to call Disney all day. I want to add AP's to my package. Did some discount come out I am not aware of? Can all this volume be because of F&W Festival booking? Am I just having bad luck? I feel like I have never waited this long to get someone on the phone. I am on hold for 20 min as of right now.

Ughhh it does get frustrating. I got another email today about free dining so maybe more people are booking.

Maybe, but I made the original reservation after free dining came out and I didn't wait this long. I didn't wait at all. I am getting so frustrated!

Now it has been 30 min, maybe they just don't want my $1,300.

Thanks for letting me vent. I will now continue to wait while I watch The Big Bang Theory and then be nothing but polite when someone finally does pick up.

If I makes you feel better, I called on Friday afternoon about 2:50pm. Got right through, no wait. Maybe just dumb luck on my end.
