I have to vent. I am so annoyed with them. My Survey function has been out of commission since Thursday and I am only 400 swagbucks away from my third $50 Southwest giftcard. I am stockpiling them for my yet-to-be-booked-but-dining-ressies-made-November-trip. Their customer service team says they are working on it - but they are really slowing me down and I am getting quite annoyed.
