This may be a random question, but I've read some people's posts on here saying they want to collect all 44 of the Disney animated "masterpieces." I was wondering if anybody actually had all 44 (I don't know if they consider Chicken Little to be part of that group :veryconfu but if they do then that's 45). I work with somebody who says she has most of them, I was actually surprised, she doesn't really seem like a Disney person. Also, if you don't have all of them yet, who is trying to collect all of them and how many do you have?

I have most of them, but not in any hurry to finish them off. There are some that I wasn't really fond of....for example, Melody Time is considered a feature....ugh. It has some cute moments, but it's definitely not something I'm willing to spend the money on.

I think Chicken Little should be included in that grouping because it is Disneys 2nd computer generated animated feature done totally in house. What blows me away is Disneys forgetfulness....what about Dinosaur? It was made by Disney in house, distributed by Disney, had books and an art of book released that also marked it as Disney, but yet it never shows up as a Disney film and the only admittances to it are the ride, the Carnotaur and some random merchandise such as pins and whatnots. One website, has it noted as a film that was distributed by Disney.

Poor Dinosaur.....(real backgrounds make it not a cartoon?)

This web-site also has Chicken Little as the 45th Disney animated feature as well as the next couple....

I have most of the animated films. If it's been released on Disney DVD then I usually pick it up. There's a few I'm missing though.
