Long-time reader, first-time poster here. Just wondering if anyone knows when we might get to see a trailer for the Haunted Mansion movie. I had hoped that we'd see it not too long after it was shown at D23, but I keep doing searches and haven't seen anything except the fake fan-made stuff (or the old Eddie Murphy version). Thanks in advance for anyone who might have some information. Haunted Mansion is my all time favorite attraction so I'm "dying" to see it (pun intended).

There has been no announcements about a new trailer recently.
Given its August 11th release date I would expect a trailer sometime in the next month or two.

I suspect the trailer will play before the Little Mermaid remake, The Marvels and Elemental. No need to start advertising this early.
Little Mermaid would make sense for a first trailer…. There should be some cross over with Disney Parks fans

That is quite possible, however I would still suspect an initial trailer release is coming in the next month or two.
The movie was just moved to July 28, so, a trailer may still be months away.

Well given that it move up two weeks, I actually expect one a little sooner rather than later.
I checked (but not too hard) to see if production has wrapped, and I didn't see anything. That's usually not good news for an early trailer.

Well since it moved up its release date by two weeks indicates if it hasn't wrapped its about to. Not to mention that its probably a post-production VFX heavy film, I would've expected it actually wrapped Dec/Jan at the latest. But who knows, you could be right. I mean we didn't see Thor4 trailer until a month and a half before release. So I'm still sticking with my "in the next month or two" stance for a trailer release.
Which was, if I recall, a clear sign that Thor4 was going to be delayed a year if not totally scrapped...
People thought that for the Thor4 trailer...

Just saw it on YouTube and can honestly say for the first time in several years I’m excited enough for a Disney movie I’ll probably see it in the theaters.
