Havent heard anything about this lately, Has anyone stopped by the preview center for a tour? any new updates or artists renderings available?

If Golden Oaks is what I am looking at on Google Earth. Just East of FW. The Entry Gate is built, roads are built, land is cleared and what looks to be a huge model home, welcome center is also built.
