Has anyone stayed at the Doubletree Lake Buena Vista DTD hotel? I am going with my parents and boyfriend and we were thinking of a family suite. Any thoughts on the hotel in general?

i have never stayed but i had a friend stay the day they arrived early because they made record time driving down. they said they liked it. i would also suggest looking at the all star suites and art of animation. they have a lot of room as well. also i would look up the reviews on trip adviser. they seem to be fairly accurate when ever i want to look up a hotel

Thanks for your speedy response! I checked out trip advisory, but was just checking to see if anyone on here has had any experience with the hotel.

your very welcome :) if it helps my friend said they had a bit more room at disney, as well as two bathrooms instead of one. I also think they said they had a fridge and micro in both

I have stayed here before, but before I answer your question what is the rate that you're getting for your stay? The reason that I ask is that I've pretty much stayed at all of the hotels in the Disney area, I go there for work once a month, and depending on your rate I might be able to suggest a better option.

I'm seeing about $98 per night for a king room with pull out sofa bed in living area.
