I'm still deciding between Le Cellier or Teppan Edo. It will be myself, my husband, sister, and daughter (19 months). Some meals will be just me and my husband -- like Be Our Guest and Le Cellier/Teppan Edo.

Anywhere I'm missing?

I think you have a nice mix of meals. Is this your daughter's first trip? If so, I think they amount of character meals is just right because you never know how they will respond.

Me personally I would go to Le Cellier over Teppan Edo but that is just a personal opinion. Especially if it's just you and DH. Me and my DH have never had a less than supperb meal at Le Cellier and to us is worth 2 credits. Teppan Edo I feel I can get something just like it close to home so it's nothing special in our opinion. You will hear a lot of different opinions about Le Cellier on here but it is all up to you to decide if you like it or not, and make your own opinion.
Also the rest of your reservations look like a good mixture. Oh you can always just do Be Our Guest for lunch QS and dine elsewhere for dinner I f it is just you and DH. Me and the hubby prefer it for lunch actually for many reasons.
Maybe think about California Grill as an adult only option instead. It is just next door at The Contemporary. Beautiful views and atmosphere!! If you schedule it just right you can see the fireworks at MK and they even play the music for you as well. Ohana' does the same also.

I like a booking a 7:30 dinner at the Rose & Crown.....finish up dinner on the patio, have coffee or an adult beverage and watch illuminations. Makes for a good night.

If you are think of 2 credits for Le Cellier I have to agree with the above post and recommend considering another signature restaurant. California Grill, Hollywood Brown Derby, Yachtsman etc are all good choices.

The steak from mama melrosa's has been outstanding the last few years. Not a big fan of Mac & cheese, but I substitute penne. Bread service is good as well, not as good as the pretzel bread but still good. Have been there 5 times in the last 13 months.
