Any recent reports on Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

The most recent I see is 2009 around when it opened and looks to be by someone who had a bone to pick with Hilton.

I have searched trip reports and elsewhere in the forums and seen nothing.

Looking at a trip in early November 2018 (say 11/2 - 11/9) or December (12/7-12/14) time frame.

Reason I am asking is we have a large group..(ages at time of trip)
2 adults
1 15 yr old boy
2 4 1/2 yr old twins (1 boy, 1 girl)

We may have additional
1 Adult
1 13 yr old girl

Thinking of Homewood as we can get a 2 bedroom suite there but wanted some recent reviews.

They are 4.5 out of 5 on Trip Advisor. So that is something.

Looking for more Disney centric input... Ease to get to parks. delivery of merchandise to hotel (probably not)

I know they are a good neighbor hotel.

I have not stayed there myself, sorry. But it looks like it is right on I-4 and a mile from the parks so it should be easy to get to them.
