Any news on Wishes?

I asked a CM, if she knew about the Wishes CD, in PhilarMagic shop, and she sent me over to Sir Mickey's to ask. They had no clue about the Wishes CD. So does anyone know about the CD? And if it's ever going to come out? Thanks! Post

Wish I knew as well. On our last day there I bought some Illuminations cd's along with a Where the Magic Lives cd. (I think that's what it's called) I asked the cm there (Polynesian shop) if Wishes was available yet, and she gave me a definitive no. I assumed she knew what she was talking about, but I didn't think to ask if/when it would be available to purchase.

No it is not on CD and not expected anytime soon. However..... Its very interesting that press got some cds back at the press event in October and bygolly, someone uploaded it and its now making the rounds on the internet. Believe me, its not that hard to find.... Lovely marketing geniuses.....

I'd have gladly shelled out $20

I have the press CD but would need to do a little work on it to get rid of the breaks between the songs...besides...does anyone know if distrubtuing this thing would be legal? :lookaroun

I think if you just gave it away then no but if you are making money from it then yes...

I also think that it is VERY stupid that there is no CD for wishes yet. Are we trying to not make money or something?!!?!

Dont worry about it, its already been distributed. And since it is copyrighted material, Disney would have a cow about it if you sold copies.

And taking care of those breaks, um, try finding Sound Forge's CD Architect 5.0. Basically, here's how someone could do it.... Take the tracks, convert them to wav files on your comp and put them back together in CD Architect, leaving out the breaks.
