Any Lights of Winter sightings?

I know this is an old dumb question but anyone see any Lights of Winter movement? If they are coming back we will be seeing them in that parking lot soon. Im not getting my hopes up but at the same time I am crossing my fingers.

There's been some vague rumors about 2011, but they're not supposed to be back this year.....

Someone said they upgraded the electronic system in Epcot and they tested the lights of winter with it and it didnt work. I think thats a possibility and maybe they were going to ship them off and revamp them. The plastic wrap arround them convinced me that but then we would of seen them in the parking lot and they would of just been lit as is. Thats another thing that gets me, if there so obsolete why dont they just use them as a standard secoration without all the coreography. I will take that over nothing.

Perhaps they will give us a nice Christmas present and remove the tarps if we can't have LoW. :shrug:

I am not holding my breath for anything to happen here. We may see them again someday or maybe not, no need for me to get my hopes up.

THey are still in plastic wrap at the back of Epcot parking. No sign of any movement, so not looking good for this year. On the plus side, they have not been scrapped.

It seems like Epcot is getting very dull. Everything to me there is still good but to plain. For example, They replaced the well loved fiberoptics on Spaceship Earth for screens and the effects are the same all the way down. Imagination isn't cheap but its flat like old soda. On the other hand nothing gives that warm feeling like the Epcot Fountain with its Christmas Music. I wish they would light up innoventions. They could light the rafters in green and the outline in blue and have giant silver reefs between all the rafters on the windows. Then they could hang garland in the breezeways.
