Absolutely agree with this! However, I much prefer Yachtsman's over Flying Fish, but an ideal anniverary dinner Disney style, would be Cali Grill in my very honest opinion. Happy Anniversary to you both!
California Grill was my first choice but my wife did not like the menu. WE have a ADR at EPCOT at La Hacienda de San Angel . Is there a better choice at EPCOT?

I'm not a big Mexican food person, Le Cellier, M.Paul (France) Tutto Italia in Epcot are our favorites as well as the Epcot resort restaurants I mention in my post above.

We celebrated our 17th at Cali Grill (pre-reno) it was amazing!! Fireworks, amazing food, atmosphere (the couple beside us got engaged!! 
) I can't speak for the post reno menu but our experience was unforgettable. We ate a La Hacienda this past January and the food was very good (get the La Hacienda 
) But I was a little disappointed with the view of illuminations. Happy planning and congratulations!!!
