Any experience with Bags VIP Luggage Delivery?

I just learned from another thread that this existed and is what WDW used to use for their luggage services. Has anyone used this service? If so, what is your take?

I would love to go back to not having to wait for my bags before waiting for a ride (was DME, but now Uber/whatever) in addition to all the other lines I'll be waiting in during our trip to WDW. Sure they won't "magically" show up at my room like they used to, but having one less thing to deal with might be worth the $60 to my family of 5 (we usually have 4 bags), especially if it means we can enjoy more time at the parks on our first day.

Having contacted BAGS, a few months ago....

The problem is that they have no mechanism to PICK UP, at WDW. They can DELIVER only :(.
Not ideal, but it is still better than what we have right now. I still have time (our next trip is in June), so *MAYBE* there will be a better option by then, but if this is all I have, I'll still strongly consider it.

Sorry for posting off-topic, but depending on your airline's carryon size restrictions (and costs, if applicable) and your willingness to do a single load of laundry mid-trip whilst lounging by the pool, traveling carryon-only can be a great alternative. We're nearly done with an 8-night, 9-day Universal/WDW split vacation with our 2 teens, and even though we packed extra clothes and footwear so we could change more frequently in the heat, plus some breakfast items, all we needed was one 21" carryon and 1 backpack ("personal item") apiece.

UPDATE: I'd stay away from Bags VIP. Their parent company's reviews are pretty dismal for all of its services (luggage delivery, valet parking, airport luggage checkin, etc.): https://www.yelp.com/biz/bags-inc-orlando-2

True. Now that the kids are older, especially, we could likely do something like that.
