Any Disney Ride Into a Movie

There are supposedly talks in the works for Eddie Murphy to star in some type of film addaptation of The Haunted Mansion by Disney.
This would be cool, I think....
Is there any other rides / shows people would like to see made into movies.

I'd like to see Fantasmic made into a movie someway

If taken seriously and not lame like the Tower of Terror movie was (replacing the theme with a witch!), I think Dinosaur and Alien Encounter could make awesome movies.

seriously though i think the old journey into the imagination would make a great childrens ride

I think Justin149 had a wonderful Idea .. a movie about the Tiki birds!! I have read the post that say the CBJ movie doesnt seem to follow with the CBJ at WDW .. I wonder if its closer to the show thats put on at Disneyland?

How about a movie how they lure CM's in and they put on the character costumes and they never come off! They become the character! mwhaahaahaa :fork:

Actually, I'd rather see original stories come out of the movie studios.

Well, Dinosaur is based on the movie, it just came before with a different name, but it was already arranged to change.
The Tiki Room would be cool, Haunted Mansion too. Pirates would be great! And how about the true story behind Big Thunder Mountain??

I'd like to see something animated that is in the parks. I'd like to see The magic kingdom animated in a disney movie.
The house of mouse is a cool idea for a tv show, they should branch it into a movie in disney world:kiss:

Dinosaur came after the ride, and the ride basically has nothing to do with it with the exception of the characters out front. Its false advertisement to make the ride more popular than it was as Countdown to Extinction. I'm talking about a movie based on the RIDE, as in, people going back in time to save the last dinosaur with an asteroid about to hit.

Sheesh! Saying the movie Dinosaur is based on the ride is like saying House on Haunted Hill is based on the Haunted Mansion!

i too was thinking indy, but theirs all ready 3 indy movies out, and a fourth is on its way so another really wouldnt't do it justice.

I love Harrison also... without Harrison Ford we would not have.... Indiana Jones or the GREAT HAN SOLO!!!!! haha.. i am not an avid indy fan but.. star wars all the way! :D

I doubt very seriously that Harrison would appear in the prequels simply because they take place place many years before episodes IV-VI and he has aged so much since the first three were made.
