I wouldn't be any more concerned to go to WDW than anywhere else.
There was a case in Florida with a doctor who had just returned from the Middle East, but as yet there is no indication that it spread further. Also, authorities were very clear that the doctor hadn't gone anywhere near any Orlando theme parks.
I say go to WDW, take the usual precautions we all do to avoid illness (e.g., wash/sanitize your hands before eating and frequently throughout the day, don't put your fingers in your mouth or eyes, etc.) and enjoy your trip.
This ^^^ which is why a can of lysol and sanitizing wipes are important at WDW. (Yep, we still spray the room, bedding, pillows and doorknobsNot sure where in the country there are more germs that WDW, talk about a melting pot!
