We were looking to try something different for the next trip and wondering if anyone has had any recent visits to Ale & Compass for dinner and what their experience was?

I have eaten there a few times over the last couple months. Food is actually pretty good. Ever since it was renovated from Captain’s Grille I have found myself actually enjoying the restaurant and food.

I was there 2 months ago. I had the Applewood Smoked Bacon Flatbread and I loved it! The Parkerhouse rolls are also a favorite. MY husband had the Vermont cheddar burger. The only complain was that out server was pretty slow. Everyone else seemed to have good service, so I wouldn't worry about that. :)

We loved it just went a couple of weeks ago, My husband got the pork chop and it was super thick, juicy and delicious. I would definitely go again would love to try some of their breakfast options.

They do have a really good breakfast as well! The breakfast pizza/flat bread is my favorite!
