I may be wrong, but I believe Scuttle said he would be out of town or out of the country for a few months. If I remember correctly, he said he won't be back until after the FLE opens.

I'm actually over in Europe right now, but I'm heading back to the States on Monday an then I'll be getting up in the air soon. It's flying season now
