Annual Passholders ticket exchange in June?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this but I am at a loss. From what I have read
From March 20th to May 19th, 2013, current Passholders (annual, premium, and the following Florida resident passes: seasonal, weekday select, Epcot After 4) may bring their current pass to the Odyssey Center in Epcot during regular park hours to exchange their paper pass for a new hard plastic RFID-enabled pass. We are arriving June 9th. Will we still use the same location in Epcot or is there another location that we need to go to exchange our passes. I realize that our paper passes will still work just wondering if this is something we need to go ahead and do on our June trip and where?

New Details on How Passholders Can Obtain Touch to Enter Cards

Starting May 20, 2013, if you’re a Passholder, we’re offering you the opportunity to exchange your current paper Pass for a new card that allows you to use the new touch to enter feature at theme park Main Entrances with the same admission privileges as your current Pass.
During your next visit, bring your paper Pass and a valid photo ID to any Walt Disney World Resort Guest Relations location or ticket sales location during regular park hours; the best time to visit is after 12:00 noon.

You know, I was *just* wondering this myself for my trip that starts next Wednesday...
Staying on Hotel Plaza Blvd, so will probably stop in at the Marketplace Guest Relations that afternoon.

If you are a local or staying offsite, there is a guest relations outside of disney quest that has a short line, especially in the mornings. May be better than waiting in the long lines at the parks.

Had heard there were issues with your AP accounts(online) not working right afterwards, is this still the case? We purposefully didn't exchange ours two weeks ago because we didn't want it messing anything up.

I believe that there are still issues with this. The easiest solution is write down the serial # that is on the back of your pass and hold on to that. That number will still work until your normal expiration date.

I believe the concierges can do the annual passes as well -- but if not, every park has Guest Relations just outside the entrances -- go earlier than usual and take care of it....
