Good Day.!!

I tried searching for the answer to my question first and didnt find anything.

Is there a limit to the number of rooms I can book with the annual passholder rate.? My wife and I have annual passes and will be traveling with some family who will not have annual passes. Can I get thier rooms with the annual passholder rate as well.?

Thanks.!

You might have to put it on your credit card, but, call and ask... (407) 824-2222 Just tell them what you are looking for and they will send you where ever you need to go. (It's like Disney's main line, well one of them)

Can anyone tell me what the current policy is on this? I'm looking to book two rooms with two people each. The two with APs would be staying in the same room. If they have to be separate reservations can I make a reservation for the two APs and then make a second one and add one of the APs (from other reservation) to the room with the two who are not APs and just pay the extra cost for the third person in the room?

Can one magic band be linked to two rooms at the same time?

Any help would be appreciated.

I booked two rooms with an annual Passholder discount in December at Port Orleans. Both passholders stayed in one room and two guest not passholders stayed in the other room. There was no problem with the non passholders recieving the discount I was at the desk when they checked in and showed my ID and pass even though I was not in their room and they were not family members.

Yup. The policy is pretty much as long as # of rooms = # of AP holders in the group, you're all set.

You may have to book over the phone, though. It's been a while since I've booked an AP rate online and it might not let you book the second room.
