Annual Pass

I'm sorry if this was covered before but I am a newbie to this board.

I bought an annual pass becuase I was planning to go 2 times with in one year but it winds up that i will be going 4 times within my pass year. Which saves me alot of admission but I heard somewhere that the annual pass can save you on rooms and/or food? Is this true? If anyone that has and annual pass or knows about them can help me out I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

You can pick up a little booklet at the ticket windows or Guest relations that lists and explains every benefit of the passes, and yes it can be used for discounts on Disney Resorts and food in some cases. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! My wife and I did the twice in one year thing and the pass started saving us money the first day! Then we get into the parks "free" on our next visit! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Hi Main Street USA, this is totally irrelevant of the topic, but I read that you are a Disney animator in your profile thingie???? That's exactly what I want to become and am finding out about colleges right now. I just wanted to know which college you studied at. That would be very helpful. Thanx sooo much!!!!

There are also discounts and goodies that are NOT in the guidebook they give you. You don't find out about them until you start receiving your "Mickey Monitor" newsletter. We got our pass in October, so we didn't know about the hotel discounts, members-only pins, lanyards, etc. until we received our first "Monitor" the following February.
There is a passholder hotline that will give you the latest and greatest info though. We will definitely go annual pass again next year.

actually it SHOULD say, and I think it does, "aspiring" animator. I'm not there yet. But hopefully I'm on my way. I actually went to Southeat Missouri State University in Missouri and recieved my Bachelors, and I am now studying animation in Arizona. Set to get my second degree here in early June. Sorry to disappoint. BUT I tell ya what, if I do become an animator I'll try and get ya in!!!!!!
