My current Annual Pass doesn't expire until October. Because of my unique cash flow situation,I am able to pay cash for a renewal today. Can I renew now or do I have to wait until October to renew. Thank you.

Annual Passes can be renewed up to 60 days before and 30 days after expiration.

If you have the cash now but can't renew yet, and you want to lock the renewal money away, perhaps put the money on a Disney gift card. Then use it for your renewal when the time comes.
