This is a question for anyone who has purchased a new annual pass very recently. Do you still get a certificate in the mail that is later exchanged at guest services for the actual pass on the day you want your year of admission to begin? This was the procedure the last time I had an annual pass. I'm trying to purchase a new pass online now but there's a statement saying I need to pick it up at will call. I think there used to be an option to have the certificate mailed. Has something changed? I'm not going to use the pass until February so I'm uncomfortable shelling out over $800 per person for something I'll have no tangible proof of for four months. I was going to buy the passes now simply so that I have access to the AP resort discounts. I can't view them without an active AP on my account.
