I have to get on Disney property to activate an annual pass voucher. Will I have to pay a parking fee or is my voucher enough to get me free parking ?

You can activate it at DS without any parking fee.

if you arrive at MK, you can present the voucher at the parking toll booth. They will likely allow you through without charge

If you do have to pay for parking, the cast member that you buy tickets from can reimburse you the parking fee that you paid. I remember they did that for me one time. So, no worries
