I am taking my kids to Disneyworld in April. What is the best way to meet Anna and Elsa? Also, will Baymax be in the park? He is their favorite character at the moment.

Baymax is meeting inside at the animation court yard in hollywood studios so you will be able to meet him and if you don't want to queue for Anna and Elsa then I would suggest you get a fastpass if you can if not head straight for there queue as soon as magic kindgom opens if was you. Another option would be last thing in the day/evening for Anna and Elsa

Without FPs for Anna and Elsa, follow the cattle herding to where they are at rope drop. Anything other than that will be long lines. Baymax and Hero should still be there for the time being. It is a large space which does not have anything to fill it until Summer. With the lines as long as they get, I think they will be there until the next Disney movie is out to replace them with.
