Secondly you will need to locate the picture you want to use or you will need to create a new picture as it.. Me, I used my Anna picture.. Sooo You go down and click where the arrow is pointing. I belive its called " Create New Rollover". Click that And we shall continue!

Below I inserted Britney into my Anna picture using Copy and Paste. You can do this to yours as many layers as wanted. These layers can be assigned jobs. In the following im going to JUST change the Opacity so it looks like it fades into the Anna Picture.

Once You have your layers into your ONE picture choosen. Duplicate the image as many times as you want. I choose 3 times equaling four. This is as many as I will need for the GIF..

Click the button near the bottom to duplicate.

Now to make my picture " disapear" I will have to mess with each of the 3 out of 4 frames. I click the 1st frame and put the capacity at 80 % and the next at 40 % then the last at 0%. So we have one at FULL, one at 80%, one at 40%, and one at 0%..

As you can see below.

You will now want to change the "Frame Rate" This can add to the effect of slowing down.. Speeding up. For mine I set them at 0.2 for 3 of them and the last one " Britneys gone" I set that at 2.3 seconds..

Once you have your Animated Gif. Go to File. And Save Optimized As.. This will be the only way it will save correctly.:)

Not bad..cept i personally think its easier to just set up the layers in photoshop and to just press the "move to imageready" button on the toolbar..but both ways work.
