Most likely, yes. Just pay attention to sunset time, because the trails will close then. They still might extend those hours, thouh.

In that time you'll probably be able to see most of the main attractions, however I always try to spend as much time there as possible. Animal Kingdom is an amazing park and I love being there (more so than pretty much every other Disney park, with perhaps the exception of Disney Seas).

Sunset should be around 5:30 p.m.
Like others have stated, the animal trails will be closing. Hopefully you have your choice of rides reserved via FP. Make a list of everything you want to see. Check show times for FOTLK, Nemo and flights of Wonder ( if you want to see these amazing shows). Hopefully River of Light will be up and running. If so, look for Disney to extend hours. I know it says closing at 7:00 p.m. But it should be open till at least 9:00 even if ROL isn't available.
