An unusual personal situation

Alright I have a rather unusual situation here and I hope someone can help or tell me where I can find a answer/solution for my friend... I have a buddy who has been with this individual in Orlando and recently they have not been "getting along". From what I was told this individual is a little "crazy" and has some mental issues going on, such as he/she is very sensitive and Not in a good way... and he/she is extremely spiteful when people ________ him/her off or get on their bad side. This person I was told is huge on going to the parks and goes all the time. He/she also knows a ton of people in Orlando including people that work at WDW.

Here is the problem. This individual has been threatening my friend that he/she is going to arrange it so my friend can no longer have access to the parks, in other words ban him from WDW. Only because this individual is being spiteful due to my friend decided to "break things off" and move on in his life... My friend is the nicest guy in the world!

What I mostly want to know here is can this individual actually do this? He/She clearly has "issues" and so I heard they go around lieing and making up crazy stuff that is not true. If he/she happens to be good friends with the managment at WDW could he/she actually somehow get my friend banned from WDW??? Honestly to me it sounds a little unlikely as I would think Disney would rightfully need solid evidence or proof that my friend actually did something horrible before they could Ban him...

To say the least my friend is scared ____itless of this individual and what he/she is capable of doing... My friends whole life is in Orlando so it is not the situation where he can up and move somewhere else. Not to mention he would be devastated if he was banned from WDW and could never go there again because of this psycho...

Advice?

I would say no. Someone has to do something pretty horrible to get banned from property. It is not something that they just throw around and they would risk their own job by trying to do this falsely.

As far as advice tell your friend to get away from this person immediately if not sooner.

I'd say no also for the same reasons. And if she's as psycho as she seems to be, chances are that others realize it too and would see through any mischief she might try.

mnelson,

I really seriously doubt that this individual can actually have him banned from the property. I could be wrong, but my opinion is Disney would have to have a concrete reason to ban ANYONE, otherwise, I think a person banned because of lies or whatever, can fight the ban and basically make Disney receive som bad, unwanted press if they wanted to take it to the newspapers and TV.
Has this TROUBLED person made threats before like this and not been able to follow through? I think that this person needs some serious help from what you have said! Tell your friend that if he wants to have some peace of mind about this, to go to Team Disney and kind of nip the situation in the bud before the TROUBLED person can put any wheels into motion.
I have no idea who you would talk to at Team Disney, but I would expect that they can answer some of his questions without going into great detail about whats going on. Tell you friend not to worry and seek out Team Disney for some answers.
SIDE NOTE: When he goes to Team Disney, he could always say he is doing a paper for college and ask the questions that way!?

Just my opinion and thoughts...hope they help! Maybe someone else can answer this better!

I would doubt that one person could get someone else banned just like that.

My personal suggestion if your friend hasn't done this yet but if the other person is as psycho as it sounds I would strongly suggest your friend look into getting a restraining order against them before anything happens.

When someone gets banned it probably goes through many people, not just one person, so they'd catch them before anything happened...good luck!

The only way you can be banned from the parks is if you violate the rules as stated on the back of your ticket/park map, etc. while in the park, so your friend need not worry. I don't think WDW would ban someone without just cause, and lose out on a potential customer. It just wouldn't make much sense.
