I was just thinking on how many millions of dollars Disney could make on selling vidoes on the nations of the world in epcot.

More EPCOT

I don't know about millions, but I do think that is a nice idea.

In fact, I think that EPCOT is underutilized anyway. I don't think that the company knows what it has. I still think, as I have stated elsewhere here, that EPCOT should be on television with a daily or weekly cable "Discovery Channel"-type show, for young people or for general audiences. It would provide a wonderful backdrop and built-in studio audience for such a show, not to mention a daily or weekly free ad, like Disney himself did with the original "Disneyland" show.

Just a thought....

Well in the early 80's there was a show on the Disney Channel called EPCOT Magizine. It had various segments that related to technology, agriculture, energy conservation, anitques, etc. They usually started the segment in or around an attraction in EPCOT. It used to be my favorite program on the Disney Channel. If only they had something like that now................

i remember that too-in the 80s disney channel had a lot of theme park related shows-disney world inside -out with the guy who is now a news anchor on tech tv-then came inside out-with george forman. i remember in the mid to late 80s there were a lot of mini shows that lasted about 5 minutes in between movies-one was called"imagine' which showed how modern science was used at different parts of epcot like epcot magazine.the beginning of "imagagine" had origional conseption artwork for epcot like a futureistic airport with a space jet-was pretty cool.
