Am I thinking right? any better ideas?

We have a vacation booked in mid-June at AKL for 5 nights on the visa kids stay free plan. We have it booked for 4 people(wife, myself, 5 yr old girl, and 3 yr old boy) We have just found out that my wife's 17 yr old sister can go with us. We want her to go, but I can't pay for another room at AKL. I am planning on buying her a park hopper pass for our stay and all of us just sleep in the same room. We have done this on other vacations with her, and it is not a problem with us. But will it be a problem with Disney? I would like to call and just add her to our ressies and pay for her ultimate park hopper pass, but I'm worried it may mess up our already booked and paid for vacation. What would you do?
