I've thought about this.  First off I do not think I'd want to live in Florida.   If I worked in the parks I'd want to be doing something simple, basic.  Cleaning up the streets (being out and among the guests), helping on an attraction...you know, "How many? Row 3"  or maybe assisting a character (watching the kids having fun).  Other then that I think the job would be too much like 'work'.
