Hi there, planning to stay at a family suite here (this November of 2015), standard rooms are just too small for 2 adults, 2 kids and infant. My concern is the bus service, does it share frequently with the other All Star resorts?? I dread being on crowded buses with a baby and/or waiting a long time for a bus. please any info at all is appreciated, thank you

During busy times (mornings and park closings) All Star Music will likely have its own bus. During the day it will share with the other two All Stars. Pick up / drop off order is Sports>Music>Movies.

I've stayed at the All Stars many times and I've rarely encountered bus-sharing. The only times I can remember were going to Downtown Disney and the water parks. It does happen, but especially at park opening/closing times when everyone and their mother is trying to get on a bus, it will most likely have it's own bus.

We are there in two weeks. I also hate waiting and getting crushed on the packed buses. I get really stressed that we will miss the fast passes. Time tables would be much appreciated.

Whether or not the All Stars are sharing buses, they will be packed with people. That's just how it is, which pretty much every resort.

ASM is closest to AK, then HS & EPCOT, and furthest from MK. I would allot at least 45-1 hour of travel time for MK if you are worried.

We went in May of 2014 and did not encounter bus sharing! We waited maybe 8 minutes for our bus to MK which wasn't bad. I suggest being up early! The earlier you're up, the faster and less crowded your bus ride is and the emptier and cooler (if they could be cool in the summer) the parks are!

Thanks, will keep our fingers crossed it will be similar, getting excited now!

We have stayed there several times and rarely have we shared a bus. Yes, during peak times to go to the parks you will have a line and have to wait; as you would with any resort. The travel time to the MK is usually the longest for almost every resort, so you would encounter that staying at the other value resorts. The nice thing about ASMu resort is you can hop a bus leaving the parks that is going to the other AS resorts and it is a short walk to ASMu. We have done this many times and frequently find that the bus driver will ask if anyone is going to ASMu or ASMo and they will tell you to just stay on the bus and they will drop you off. We have really enjoyed our time staying at ASMu and love the family suites. In fact, if we were to do a WDW trip without taking the RV then ASMu would be our resort of choice. Have a wonderful trip and don't fret the bus issue :)

You have made me feel a lot happier about the bus situation, we have stayed at pop century(which was ok) and caribbean beach( which was a bit hit and miss) I was mainly worried about the buses sharing the three all star resorts, but it seems all will be ok. As I said before nothing is gonna spoil this holiday, It's probably gonna be my last one as coming from the u.k. is getting more and more expensive. I wish we lived in Florida.

I've stayed at all values except sports and I like music! It's not as bad as you think. To me Pop was the worse waiting for buses. They might have their own but it seemed like a lot more motorized wheelchairs you have to wait for them to load. Only time we shared buses at music was during the day when it was off times.

I've stayed at the all star sports, I wanted to stay at the all star music, but I missed out on the fall sales there - no availability, so I'm "stuck" at the all star movies. :)

I keep checking to see if anything opens up, but for us, its a surprise extended weekend for my girlies, so we are very price sensitive at this point and the Movies is priced right.
