All-Star Music Family Suites Question

Hey, all.

My family is planning a trip for later 2012, and I have a question about the All-Star Music family suites. My mother has a physical disability. I have read that the suites are in Calypso and Jazz Inn, but can anyone illuminate on whether or not there are suites in those buildings on the ground level?

If I am not mistaken the one we had was on the ground level. I am not sure if all of them are but the All Star Resorts have elevators so getting up and down floors will not be an issue. Just make sure that you have ground floor due to medical condition noted on your reservation and you should not have a problem.

They are on all levels of the buildings in the Jazz and Calypso. We had a ground floor suite in Calypso and I think the building number was 10. It was on the far side of the pool from the registration area. And there was a small parking area if you are driving just at that building and there were several handicapped spots. We never had a problem with noise from the pool either.
