All Star Cafe Change in Operating Hours

On Tuesday, July 23, 2002, the All Star Cafe at Disney's Wide World of Sports will close at 6pm for a private function.

On Friday, July 26 and Saturday, July 27, 2002, All Star Cafe at Disney's Wide World of Sports will be open from 11:30am - 12 midnight.

I thought there were plans to shut down Wide World Of Sports -- or did I hear that wrong? Anyone care to confirm?

Well, All-Star is technically different from WWoS, but it wouldn't last long if WWoS were closed I think.

WWoS usually has stuff going on. True there are only 2 main draws as of now (Braves spring training and now Bucs training camp). There are lots of tourneyments and other things that are going on all the time, but just aren't interesting and don't draw the public there.
