All Plans on Family and Friends List not showing up

We are traveling with 2 other families. We are connected via the MDE Family and Friends List. We can see each other on our lists. However, even though we have selected to share "all plans" we can only see what we add each other to. What would cause ALL of the plans for everyone to not show up?
