I love this show. It feels like a necessary expansion of the world. Love every glimpse of the Xenomorph in a setting not yet done before. All the actors are great. Nibs in particular is giving me anxiety and I hope she makes it.

Hawley is an exceptional creative and Olyphant’s been consistently one of the great TV actors over the last few decades.

Finally Disney has figured out to integrate the Ice Age franchise within the fold. I also GREATLY appreciate the not so subtle nods to the Blade Runner franchise given the interwoven aspects between the two franchises.

FX (downstream Hulu) remains the actual crown jewel of the Fox acquisition.
Yep. Deadpool has done well too, and probably Avatar too (but not sure how the profit sharing stuff gets split). The use )or non-use) of legacy 20CF properties is mystifying (a HUGE back catalogue that seems very underutilized). I know there was a thought early that acquiring the catalogue and Asia/Europe eyeballs was a big boon to D+, but I don’t know how the “new math” for streaming success would treat those acquisitions now.

That reminds me - The Simpsons has also been a tremendous success on D+
