I wanted to give a shout out to Alex, a Univ. of Southern California CP at Magic Kingdom's Town Hall Guest Relations. Today, a member of our party was on a mission to bring Disney World back home to a 2 year old girl terminally stricken with a rare form of cancer. Her "make-a-wish" was to visit Disney World, but she is too ill to travel. We relayed her story to Alex, who went above and beyond to provide some Disney magic. He helped us print out a large photo of the girl for characters to hold during photos. He also comped us an ear hat and autograph book so we could get autographs from characters. kudos to Alex for providing some Disney magic to a young girl he's never seen or met.
