Alert Error

Every now and then I get this error popup when I click on the Alerts link...it took me a while to capture this because it disappears almost as fast as it appears.

Never seen it myself, but I use Chrome rather than FireFox.

I have never had that one but I have had something pop up that tells me I can not preform an action, I dont know why.
