Now that they're in the airport, I use them regularly. Never a problem. Of course, I'm a Quicksilver member, so I don't have to wait on that line....

I used them from Sandford airport. No problems other than the usual car rental rip-off price for the fuel in the car and the sales pitch trying to sell you stuff and upgrades you don’t want or need. But they all do that.

Oh yes, they also directed me to the wrong parking slot for my car. I had hired a compact and were it not for the fact that the spot I went to had an SUV in it I would probably have driven off in what was there!
