AKL Itenerary Planning Office

Hi all am i the only one that can never ever get through to the AKL Itenerary Planning Office? I try and try day after day and all that happens is I get put through to the answering machine. This happens everytime I call. The last time I left a message it was 5 days before they returned my call. The number I am calling is 407-938-4755. Am I just that unlucky when it comes to this? Or do other folks have the same problem? This happened a couple months when I called and now agian. Is there a better time to call??? Thank you

I booked my safari tours through them and aparently they can take care of your dining reservations too. I believe it is a service provided to guest staying on the concierge levels of the resort. Which means technically you are paying extra for the service. Which I would think since one is doing so the level of service could be a wee bit better then it is. I am not expecting much but if someone would pick up the phone or return a call that would be swell. They are all very kind and helpful if you get the lucky chance to be conected to someone other than the answering machine.

Thanks for the info. We have never stayed at AKL but...

... we just added on DVC points there so we may get a chance in the very near future. I am sure it will not be concierge thought.

That sucks. Call the resort itself and ask to be directed to the department, saying you'll hold until they (whoever works at the resort) gets a live human being.

I might just have to give it a try. Never got no call back or email resply back today. I'll see what tomorrow brings I guess.

Get a hold of a manager and tell them you are not amused.

I tried to call this morning again and had no trouble getting through. The CM I got was very kind and helpful. Even though I was very frustrated yesturday ... I guess I just need to have more patience.
