AKL help

We are staying at AKL for a week in May coming from Ohio. My sister who lives in Tallahassee bought a one day ticket for the last day of our trip (Saturday) and is going to join us for the day. She plans to drive down Friday so we can all go out to dinner and so who can get up early for the day at MK on Saturday. Now, I have so questions on what to expect in regards how I should expect things to transpire.

A) We are going to be at DHS at the time she plans on getting in, she is not on our reservation, so can she get into the resort and park her car ?

B) Can she use the disney bus to meet us at DHS, since we are going to Hoop De Doo for dinner that night ?

C) Will it be an issue having her stay in our room for one night ?

She doesn't have a lot of money so getting her own room at the resort is not an option. The main thing is she gets to see her family only a couple times a year since moving to FL 4 years ago, and she wants to spend as much time with us as possible. Any info on what I should expect in this situation would be appreciated. Thank you !

None of this should be an issue...
A) This shouldn't be a problem as we have parked there many of times to go to Boma, stay around the resort, go to DS for the evening and back to AKL to pick up our car.

B) Yes. They don't ask to see your room key or ask your name before getting on the bus.

C) This shouldn't been an issue. I would just make sure her name is on the reservation or when you check-in at AKL, tell them your sister is visiting for one night.

We have done everything your family is doing with our own family and friends and have NEVER had a problem.

She should be able to park without problem, you could tell the hotel she's coming and she'd just tell the parking attendant she's going visit you.

No problem using buses.

If you're not at the maximum occupancy for the room, adding her for one night won't be a problem. I would tell the front desk, I believe there's a small charge to add an adult.

As @Monty said, as long as you are not at maximum room occupancy (which is 4 plus one child under 3 in a non-DVC AKL room) your sister can stay with you. Add her as a "Day guest" at the front desk and she will receive a room key (but will not have charging privileges). There is no additional charge to add a Day guest, even if she is the 3rd or 4th adult in the room. (We just did this last week.)

So her name is in our party since I needed to make a reservation for 5 for dinners. And I linked her ticket to our reservation so I could book our fast passes at the same time on Saturday. I know the max is 4 in the rooms, we are going to have a 5 and 3 year old with us. For one night it won't be an issue having kids sleep with us and one with her but I don't think they will even let her pay the fee since we have 4 already.

All the rooms at AKL sleep 4 adults. It all depends on how you feel. If you want to feel honest, then tell them she is staying the night. They will probably say something since that would make five in your family and therefore exceed the room limit. If you want to be dishonest, then don't say anything and don't worry about. People have friends visit each other's room. So, she got tired and decided to stay the night in your room instead of going back to her resort.
