AK River Ride?

I was wondering...remember the Ferry ride that went on a river through Animal Kingdom? I was down there in August and it wasn't running. Did it close for the season? Or permanently? Thanks.

Permanately. It used to have a fire-breathing dragon, then they took that away, then it turned into a very messed up Radio Disney cruise (they're desperate) and so they closed it.

Yep...it was pretty lame...The dragon tho will be making a comeback once beastly kingdom is done....

they should bring it back the way it was when it first opened and clearly state it is only meant as transportation

Yes, it's a big river...but there's no boat! I agree, it should come back...but not with Radio Disney! :hurl:

I never saw the dragon...I hope to at Beastly Kingdom!

It was actually pretty cool....but so few people had a chance to see it

They should use it for transportation. AK is really huge and a mean of transportation is needed for people who aren't able to resist.
