Airport help?!

We fly into Orlando aiport every year and take the Magical Express to our aiport. Way to go!! Well...change of plans this year. My family has decided to join our annual trip and will pick us up from aiport. None of us know much about "pick ups" at that aiport. Any suggestions? I want to make it as easy as possible for them. thanks!!

As you may/may not be aware Orlando International is a big airport. My suggestion would be to have them park in the garrage and meet you in the central terminal. I have not had to pick anyone up there is a while but at one time the first hour in the garrage was free.
They also have a cell phone lot where you can look up at a big screen and see if the flight has come in. once the flight has landed you could call them and they can pick you up in the arrivals area for your carrier.

It is a big airport, but I have found it very easy to find your way around. We've picked up guests several times, and everyting is well-marked. We wait at the cell phone lot til we get a call when they've arrived, then just drive around to the arrivals area to pick them up.

Pretty easy -- just have them wait in the cellphone lot until you have claimed your luggage -- then just give them a call and let them know which side you are on, A or B and which door and they will just drive around and pick you up -- easy, like any other airport...
