We booked our entire package directly thru Disney on line. It gave us our Air Tran flight numbers but that is all. Will we get anything to take to the airport, or do I need to do anything in advance? First time booking everything all together.

yes you will get special luggage tags, which the disney cruiseline will use to get your bags and put them in your state room, and you will get a folder with everything and instructions on everything. hope this helps :)
