Is there a desk at all the DVCs or would I have to go to hotel side at Beach Club?

There is only one airline check in desk at each resort. They are not staffed by Disney employees but by airport agents.

As stated, there is only one location per resort. At BC (for both DVC and regular guests) it is near the valet stand outside the drop off area, to the left (if facing the doors). It's really close to the DVC portion.
