Airfares just skyrocketed! Need return flights for 11/24 [MCO to BOS]

Someone to lower the flight costs, duh! Haha.
I think its more of a venting of frustration in airlines than it is an actual asking for assistance. Maybe they are looking for someone who knows of this awesome unknown airline or deal going on somewhere that they can find low prices.

That was the price yesterday! It's now doubled everywhere....I still have plenty of time to find another sale!
Flight 1652 on AirTran just went up to $250. Where did you see the $140?

I just checked AT's site: it's still $250 on 11/24 MCO-BOS, but $160 on 11/23 (non-stop) for 1 person. I am assuming that the lower fare "sold out," especially considering it's Thanksgiving weekend.
Kayak.com is still showing $140, but as soon as you click "Select" and then "Go" (whichever site), the fare comes up as $250 with a disclaimer, "We're sorry, but that fare is no longer available."
You can risk it and book now, hoping prices will go down with the next "sale," or wait it out.

I booked Southwest and Spirit (Latrobe airport is closer than the Pittsburgh one for us) but then AirTran had a sale of $80 flights which would have been like $30 cheaper with baggage fees. Oh well. Hopefully something turns up for you. November is still a good bit away - ya never know.

Southwest out of Providence. Booked on the 12th. $84 down, $110 back.
Used a SWA coupon for 25% off a flight.
Do a search for SWA coupons, join SWA, apply the discount.

I know prices just went crazy. i had to book a flight to NY for this weekend and wanted to puke.
Try this site:
Fatwallet.com. I used it yesterday and found an awsome code for a rent a car that took off $22.00 per day.
I have not tried it for airfare yet. You will see several codes and IDs you may have to play around until you find the one that has the deepest discounts.
