Aim Buddy Icon Help

wow its been a while since ive posted... (march)

anyway,

i need help on making 1 of these 2 pictures the right size (dimensions and file size) so that i could use them as my AIM Buddy icon, anyhelp would be greatly appreciated!

how can u make your own buddy icon (if it makes a difference i am on aol not aim)
