Last week-end I went to New York and saw my first broadway show- AIDA- it was absolutely incredible!! I am now addicted and can't wait to go back. Next on my list is Lion King (sold-out) and Beauty and the Beast (cheap tickets sold out!). Then we went to the ESPN Zone for lunch and tried to go to World of Disney but didn't realize that it's still closed and won't open until October. It was the best time! I actually want to go back and see Aida again with my husband. It was that good. :sohappy:

I saw the Lion King two years ago and it's my favorite. The music, the costumes and set were gorgeous. I was blown away with the voice talents and the dancing. ( Back in school we did a production of the Lion King and it was the only time we ever got a standing ovation. So I had goosebumps throughout the whole show. Heck, I even cried at the end because it brought back memories when I use to do the show.) So that is my way of saying Don't miss it!!! I really wish Aida was playing in California because I've heard nothing but great things about it.
The one show I'm looking forward to is Wicked and it's coming to L.A. next year :sohappy: .

Aida (the original...) will be part of this winter's series at the Orlando Opera!

My grandfather and his wife offered to take me to new york later this month to see Wicked! But when we looked for tickets we found that it's sold out through January. That's ok. I'd much rather see Phantom!!!!!!! :kiss:
