I went to the casting office to find out that very thing last week. I was thinking of becoming a Casual Temperary for the summers. I'll prolly just end up waiting for the college program though. Anywho, they start hiring at 16.

16 for most jobs

17 for merchandise and cash handling positions

18 for guest relations, salaried roles, and attractions (just changed from 16)

also, over the summer they offer a high school program to local HS students, which 15 yr olds whose parent work for WDW can work custodial and foods
