I do have some considerations and comments.
First, love the case. I don't think the Brazilian version has it, so I'm kinda glad I got the American one (even though it'll be a while before Julia can watch it with me...).
Then the trailers. Sure, they'd have to put the B&B Stitch teaser, but they had the same one on House of Villains and (I think) Silly Simphonies, I'm kinda hoping for the Lion King one, wich is more complete.
And speaking of Lion King, we don't have IMAX down here, so I can only imagine how beautiful it's gonna be on December 25th.Sleeping Beauty: I still can't understand how come we have it down here and you guys don't. Is the American one gonna be a double-set? Cause ours is simple, but really packed with bonuses (sp?).
And for my real peeve, Jungle Book 2. Maybe I'm wrong, but THERE'S NO KING LOUIE!!! I heard around here a while ago that Disney wanted to show Louie on House of Mouse and couldn't because they share rights for the character with Louis Prima's widow and she didn't allow it and that's why hey had King Larry instead. So I figure that's the reason Louie is not returning... But bummer, he's my favorite along with Baloo! How come the widow allowed Talespin and not a Jungle Book 2? Oh, and John Goodman as Baloo? Couldn't see it working on the trailer... But the soundtrack seems good, a lot of boogie...
Well, that's what I wanted to discuss, mainly... I'm gonna watch the Special Edition now (saw it in theaters this year). Why would anybody want to watch the original version? The other one, I don't know what it is... Played Chip's game, kinda nice, haven't checked Disc 2 yet.
Oh, remembered something! The booklet that's included, loved how they had a before and after digital enhancement image, and also the difference between Widescreen and Fullscreen. After I show my parents I doubt they'll ever complain about the black stripes again! :lol:
