I guess it's up to the mods to decide if they want multiple threads on the same topic, or if they'd prefer everything to be consolidated.

At least the Avatar threads are on topic, unlike some of the multi-thousand post threads.

Sorry for posting info that was already linked elsewhere.
Can I ask the mods (and other posters), that next time a new update is posted, it gets its own thread?
Some of us only visit occasionally, and it's difficult sometimes to read thru multiple pages of what's frequently just noise, before finding the new/interesting stuff.

No we won't be running new threads for every update - there are far too many.

There is a dedicated thread for aerial photos - Avatar construction aerial updates

Are you speaking in general about too many updates? Because, for this sub-forum, I'm not seeing many at all.

And, as for this particular update, it wasn't posted to the thread you mention, it was posted to:
AVATAR land construction progress thread, which was previously a general discussion about some of the technicals of the construction progress.
So, it just made sense to me to post it as a new thread so any newcomers would see it. Does my sense not make sense?

I actually brought it over from theme parx and you are correct should have just put it in aerials

I wasn't trying to point out you doing anything wrong, I just thought that a new round of photo updates, might deserve it's own thread because it's hard to see when new updates like this are posted sometimes when they're in an existing thread.
