Lately, I have been seeing more and more adults in costume in the parks. Saw "Rapunzel" this week and now "Elsa" on the livestream. I thought this was a no-no? Most of us probably remember the Tinkerbell incident..

Can you share a link for the livestream? All I can find is the camera on top of the Contemporary.
